Micro Sprint Rules

Drivers: Drivers must be 12 years old with 2 year of racing experience. All
drivers under 14 years old will have to enter the rookie class until
the track officials approve them to move up.
Drivers are responsible for their crew members. Any arguing
with officials or fighting in the pits with be subject to punishment.
If only 4 or less rookies sign in they will race with the other class and 
start in the back and wear yellow flags.

Weight: Cars must weight a minimum of 775 lbs with the driver. Any weight 
added must be bolted in and painted white with car # on it. Any 
weight loss during the race disqualifies the car for that race.
Top 3 car must go directly to scales after heat. Top 5 after the main.

Engines: Any 4 cylinder 600cc engine out of a production bike. no current year 
motors. Engines must remain stock bore and stroke. some reworking but 
remain stock specs. Any oil pan and pick up. Any thermostate cover.
Any airbox. Stock appearing cdi ok. Any carbs allowed. Fuel injection
allowed but no mechanical. Power commanders and fuel injection 
control modules ok. 

Numbers: Cars must have numbers on both sides of the top wing and tail tank
They must be seperate and easy to read.

Tires: The Right rear tire must be a Hoosier D20 or harder compound. Any tire 
may be used on the other 3 wheels.

Wings: A minimum of 10 sf and a maxium of 16 sf for top wings. Any size front

Chain Guard: All cars must have a guard over the chain so the driver can not touch 
the chain
